Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd, a subsidiary of US-based Tenneco, is gearing up for its next phase of expansion with plans encompassing acquisitions, capacity additions, and an increased focus on research and development. The company is aiming for sustained double-digit growth over the next three to four years, according to its leadership.
As part of this strategy, the company is setting up a new manufacturing facility in Kharkhoda, Haryana, with an investment of ₹71 crore. The plant is expected to strengthen its presence in North India and cater to rising demand from the light vehicle and tractor segments. The development was shared by Chief Executive Officer and Whole-Time Director Arvind Chandra during an interaction at the company’s Hosur facility.
Additionally, the company is exploring further investment at its Hosur plant to introduce a new product line for shock absorbers. While details of the proposed investment have not been disclosed, the move signals a continued push to diversify and expand its product portfolio.
